For concerns about institutions currently offering programs under ministerial consent, consent programs themselves, the Board’s operations or other matters pertaining to the Post-secondary Education Choice and Excellence Act, 2000<\/em> (PSECE Act) please follow the following processes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concerns about programs or organizational quality<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Concerns about degree programs currently under consent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note this process is distinct from the Public Comment process, which applies to applications for consent currently under Review by PEQAB.  For these, please see Public Comment \u2013 PEQAB<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please submit any concerns about a program or organization in regard to an existing<\/strong> degree to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Complaints about PEQAB operations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Please submit any complaints about the Board’s operations to James Brown, CEO of PEQAB (James.Brown@ontario.ca<\/a>). Should you find that this avenue did not address your complaint satisfactorily, you can direct that it be submitted to the Assistant Deputy Minister to which the PEQAB Branch reports (Rakhi Lad,\u00a0Rakhi.Lad@ontario.ca<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
