Complaints about PEQAB operations

Please submit any complaints about the Board’s operations to James Brown, CEO of PEQAB (James.Brown@ontario.ca). Should you find that this avenue did not address your complaint satisfactorily, you can direct that it be submitted to the Assistant Deputy Minister to which the PEQAB Branch reports (Jeff Butler, Jeff.Butler@ontario.ca).
